We are pleased to announce a new SIB workshop entitled:<br>

"Qualitative modelling in the era of big data"<br>
<br>
This 1-day workshop will be held at the SIB Swiss Institute of
Bioinformatics in Lausanne on the 25th of November 2013. <br>

The aim of the workshop is to present and describe qualitative
modelling techniques. <br>
You will go through several examples and application of these
modelling approaches and work with different models in the
afternoon. The outcome of the training is to evaluate the interest
for a larger one week cursus that could take place in 2014 and
encompass several modelling techniques, as part of two systems
biology projects on Alzheimer and on Cardiovascular disease.<br>

This workshop is open to biologists with a keen interest in
modelling (no special background is necessary). <br>
Participants should bring their own laptops (with wi-fi). <br>
